Turnaround time - does it include bank holidays and weekends?
We calculate the turnaround time based on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Is it possible to split cases?
Please refer to our brochure for products available in half-case quantities. Kindly note that all other products are only available for purchase in whole cases.
Why don't my jars have mop caps on them?
Our jars are now manufactured without caps as the default option. When placing an order, please make sure to specify if you require caps. To do so, please use our product code 20592 when placing your order.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Promotions are available throughout the year and are communicated via our digital channels, as well as being emailed directly to our valued customers.
In addition to promotions, we offer quantity-based discounts on the overall order, as follows:
1 to 11 cases ordered: List Price (no discount)
12 to 23 cases ordered: 2.5% discount
24 or more cases ordered: 5% discount
Is it possible to arrange a timed or Saturday delivery for my order?
Our deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Please note that currently, we are unable to provide a timed delivery service.
Do you provide a dedicated key account manager who can visit me?
We have dedicated Key Account Managers covering various regions across the UK. Please note that our Scotland Key Account Manager is primarily office-based.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
To initiate the process for reporting damages, please send an email to sales@farrahs.com. In the email, kindly provide a detailed list of the damaged items, and if possible, attach pictures to illustrate the extent of the damage.
Once the damages have been reviewed and verified, our accounts department will authorize a credit to be applied to your account.
